Terms & Conditions
Appointments
- Appointments can be delivered in person or online, at your home or in a clinic room, depending on your preference and location.
- You will receive an appointment confirmation by email or text message. Please arrive on time — sessions cannot be extended if you are late.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made within 24hrs will be charged in full, unless exceptional circumstances arise.
- If the Speech Therapist is unwell, the session will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Payment
- Payment is due within 7 days of your session unless otherwise agreed.
- Invoices will be sent by email and can be paid by bank transfer.
Reports & Liaison
- Written reports and liaison with other professionals may be provided on request and may incur an additional charge.
- Any communication with third parties will only be carried out with your written consent.
- Your data will be held confidentially at all times according to ICO regulations. A full privacy policy can be sent on request.
